There’s just no way that you are not aware of the dangerous effects of a fad diet. Growing up, your mom has probably warned you about it.

It’s just too bad if your mom’s words of warning have fallen on deaf ears. Whether you like it or not, she was and is still right.

Fad or crash diets are bad for you. Yes, you have heard that before and you will hear it over and over again.

When you drastically reduce calories, even if you need to lose weight, your body thinks you are starving.
